Overview
TRAILS is an organization that focuses on increasing access to mental health services for k-12 students. We train and equip school staff with the necessary skills and resources to support their students' mental health.
Problem
Participants struggled to stay engaged during our 2-hour live trainings, resulting in a lack of confidence using the concepts with their students. Additionally organizing the full staff availability for these trainings meant some people waited months or missed out entirely on training.
Solution
A platform that supports the program's pivot from live Zoom trainings to bite-sized modular learning accessible on the platform in addition to curated role-specific pathways for every adult in a school. This reduces both internal staff burden and allows users to have a more tailored, relevant experience.
