Designed and shipped a modular learning experience across several states accounting for school resource constraints
Established an onboarding process and user account structure impacting over 30k users to pave the way for dashboard personalization through intentional data collection
Developed and shipped a strategy and design for notifications and updates on the dashboard in collaboration with our UX writer, including features such as patch notes, notifications page, and update indicators
Crafted an insights repository with 150+ entries added to improve accessibility and usability of our findings and centralize research occurring across the org
Piloted a continuous interview research format and increased study cadence from only project-based research to consistent monthly touchpoints in order to provide longitudinal insights on platform and program use

Partnered with engineering to ensure intended functionality and advocated for product requirements, shipping an entire MVP version of an interactive dashboard as well as an external marketing site for partners
Shipped an integrated surveys feature to centralize important tasks in a user’s dashboard, reducing the amount of steps they must take to complete weekly logs, increasing response rate by 3% and completion average by 7%
Co-designed an interactive global component that provides the ability to favorite and download resources in 8 different languages to better support the needs of communities using the product
Pioneered research practice, developing templates for the full design team to lead and manage research initiatives independently, and implemented KPIs to track the impact of the team’s work, leading over 10 research efforts
Led cross-departmental workshops with executive leaders, directors, and managers to generate ideas and gain alignment on vision
